We act as a booking and concierge service connecting customers with participating venues.
We are not the venue itself unless specifically stated.
2. Bookings
All booking requests are subject to availability and venue confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only when we have provided confirmation and, where required, received the relevant deposit or payment.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee:
- Entry to a venue
- A table
- Availability
- A specific table location
- Admission to an event
3. VIP Tables & Minimum Spend
VIP tables may have a minimum spend set by the venue.
Minimum spend requirements can vary depending on:
- The venue
- Date and event
- Number of guests
- Table location
- Type of booking
The minimum spend normally applies to drinks or other items specified by the venue.
Service charges, booking fees or other costs may apply unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
4. Deposits & Payments
Some bookings require a deposit or full payment in advance.
Where a deposit is required, your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and making payments on time.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies can vary between venues and bookings.
Unless we confirm otherwise in writing:
- Deposits may be non-refundable.
- Late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-shows may result in the booking amount or deposit being forfeited.
- Arriving after the required arrival time may result in the booking being cancelled without a refund.

6. Guest List Bookings
Guest-list entry is subject to the venue’s capacity and admission policy.
Being added to a guest list does not always guarantee entry.
Guests may need to:

- Provide valid identification
- Follow the venue’s admission rules
7. Entry & Venue Discretion
Final admission is always at the discretion of the venue and its management or security team.
A venue may refuse entry if a guest:

- Provides invalid or unacceptable identification
- Behaves aggressively or inappropriately
- Does not follow venue rules

We are not responsible for a venue’s decision to refuse admission where the venue’s booking conditions have otherwise been met.
8. Identification & Age Requirements
Guests must meet the legal age requirement of the relevant venue.
Valid photographic identification may be required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to bring acceptable identification.

12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their own behaviour and the behaviour of everyone in their group.
Customers must follow all applicable laws and venue rules.
Any damage caused to a venue or its property by a customer or member of their group may be charged directly by the venue.
13. Alcohol & Responsible Behaviour
Customers are responsible for drinking responsibly.
Venues may refuse alcohol service or remove guests who are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
London Mayfair Clubs does not encourage excessive drinking or illegal behaviour.
